Original Custom Homes is an exciting new building company that is part of the Original Group Pty Ltd. Original Custom Homes was established by Ryan Lucev, a highly respected and qualified building professional with over 25 years’ Building Industry experience.

Ryan started his career off as a Roof Carpenter, then moved into the commercial and residential roof plumbing sector. His desire to further his education and knowledge within the Building Industry saw him successfully complete and attain his Builders Registration and become a registered builder.

Ryan has led the Plunkett Groups Construction department for over 12 years as the Group Building Manager and Registered Builder. In this role he was the nominated supervisor for over 4,000 homes extending from Perth Metro, Great Southern Albany, Southwest Bunbury, and Mid-West Geraldton regions. This role has given Ryan the invaluable capabilities to effectively manage and accomplish all facets of the building process.

His leadership, attention to detail and ability to provide the highest level of service is and always has been Ryan’s strength. He has gained extensive knowledge and proven expertise to guide any client’s project with a high level of success and confidence.

Ryan is currently a member of the HIA and MBA associations, which he volunteers his services and participates in roles such as a Housing Industry Association technical Committee member and a past Housing Counselor of the Master Builder Association.
